We’ll let you know right away if your answer was correct. If it was, you’re in the draw! You’ll also get an email confirming everything.

We can only accept individual entries, not bulk mail. You can send multiple free entries, but each must be sent separately, within any stated limits.
Our main draws are always conducted live on our Facebook page typically using a random number generator. If you can’t watch the live draw, don’t worry β we’ll always contact you if you’ve won.

When you place an order on our website, you’ll immediately see an order confirmation screen. This screen will show you the tickets you’ve purchased.
If you’ve won an instant prize, you’ll see a gold message on this screen that says “You have won an instant!” along with a message to “Click here to reveal your prize.” Simply click on it, and an exciting animation with confetti will pop up, telling you what you’ve won!
You’ll also get an email confirmation detailing your instant prize win.
β’Credits (including “another go” prizes) are automatically added to your wallet.
To use your credits, once you’ve placed your tickets into your basket, head to the checkout and select ‘pay by wallet’ before proceeding.
β’ If you win a cash prize, one of our team members will contact you directly via text or Facebook Messenger to get your payment details. We pay out all cash prizes immediately within working hours.
Auto draw prizes are selected using our random winner selection algorithm, which operates similarly to tools like the Google Random Number Generator.
All sold ticket numbers are entered into the system, which then randomly selects a winning number.
The winner is automatically notified via email with instructions on how to claim their prize.
All participants in an auto draw will receive an email after the draw announcing the winner.
The competition’s opening and closing dates are stated on the website. Any necessary changes to these dates will be updated on the website. Date changes will only occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Competitions will close as soon as the competition is full regardless of the end date.
The competition is open to UK residents only who are 18 years or older.
We do not except entries from anyone outside of these areas as the laws for running competitions vary. This competition has been organised to comply with the laws of England, and Wales.

Whilst this may be disappointing, you have to remember that this is a competition, we have deliberately made the question tough to comply with the law.
If you get the question wrong, you will not be entered into the draw so you will not have the chance to win the prize. You will not be entitled to a refund of your entry fees. If you want to, you can try again.
We do not offer refunds of entry fees for any reason, including if you get the answer to the question wrong, or if you are disqualified from the competition for any reason.

A random draw will be conducted from all eligible entries (those with correct answers) to determine the winner.
Your chances of winning vary based on each competition’s maximum entry limit, which is always stated. For instance, with a 3,000-entry cap, you have at least a 1 in 3,000 chance with one correct entry. Buying more entries improves these odds; 10 entries give you at least a 1 in 300 chance. The ‘at least’ phrase reflects how your odds improve as incorrect entries are removed. If 500 entries are wrong, your single correct entry’s odds become 1 in 2,500.
